After landing at Orlando (MCO) around midnight for the Thanksgiving holiday, I decided not to wake my Florida family members that live nearby. I did a quick internet search for a hotel and found this one. The front desk (Linda) allowed me an early morning "check-in" without any grief. The room was clean and nicely appointed. After a restful sleep, I completed some computer work, had an easy front desk "check-out" (thanks to Dustin), and was on my way. The process could not have been easier.

This hotel is at a great location, the pool and other facilities are beautiful, the beach restaurant was great and had good entertainment. The staff was very helpful and did way over an beyond what was necessary. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful and clean

I had a problem with my room so I went to the front desk for help. I expected the usual run around, but I was lucky. Behind the desk was Mark and Chuck, two very likeable, friendly, and eager to help employees.Mark stepped in and solved the problem to my complete satisfaction, while Chuck assisted. I was a pleasure to find 2 guys willing to help with a problem, not in a robotic fashion, but delving right into the situation, taking the "bull by the horns", and solving the problem! Thanks to these guys we'll be back again with a group for New Years, way to go Int'l Palms!

We recently stayed at your hotel before our cruise a couple of weeks ago, and now that the holiday is on it's way and I have time off, thought I'd sit down and tell you about our Cocoa Beach hotel...the International Palms was very nice, and EXTREMLY FRIENDLY!!! (with the exception of the service we recieved at The Mombos,and the hostess in the breakfast kinda rude ) the breakfast restaurant was very good, the food and service was really really good. Our waitress was Rusty and she was soo nice, she took time to talk to us both days, even though she only served us the 1st day, she remembered our names! wow that was special! We always travel as couples and cruise every year, we will be back next year to your friendly hotel! We loved your hotel, the rooms were very clean and the grounds were beautiful, all the staff was FRIENDLY!!!
