“Excellent food over the Ocean”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2013

If you like excellent food while watching the waves come in from the Ocean, The Pier is a great place to eat. The menu offers a loot choose from, but I find the fresh fish to be a great choice.

“Wonderful Ocean view”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013

We went to Port Canaveral the day before our cruise to spend the night and had Dinner at The Cocoa Beach Pier, which is a tradition for us. We were seated at the window with a terrific view of the Ocean. We had eaten a big lunch late in the day, so decided to just have sandwiches. We both ordered the fish sandwich. It was huge the fish was hanging off of the bun, We had to cut part of it off and eat it with a fork,it seemed like this should have been a fish dinner instead of a sandwich. We took a nice walk on the beach after, it was a great evening.

“Just okay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

Went for lunch. 3 adults 1 child. Ordered the shrimp poor boys & cheese sticks. Not bad flavor. Bun was VERY dry. Cheese sticks were good. We were the only ones on the deck yet it took forever for service. Convenient location though. Could also use some updating and something to keep all the birds away. I'm pretty sure there was nothing sanitary about where we sat.

“Tired and in need of renovation”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2013

I had fond memories of a delicious 1/2 pound burger with great views from a visit 10 years ago. What a disappointment it was to return. The pier and restaurant are run down, dingy, dark and dirty. Food was average but took forever. Waitress was inattentive. Long wait for drinks, order taking and food. Must be better beach shacks to pick from next time.
