As a Marriott Rewards Member since 1990, planned a 2-night stay at this hotel for my wife's surprise birthday trip! After a busy full day, we returned to the Courtyard! We planned to shower, freshen-up and enjoy our birthday dinner reservation. Everything had to be cancelled because we could not re-enter our room until it was too late & discovered bed not made, no new towels, no soap, no coffee, etc.! There is not enough space here to go into all the gory details! Handling with Mgr. on Duty proved fruitless as it was suggested we take our business elsewhere. Rest assured our relatives, friends and neighbors will also take that advice and make another "Choice".
