Very nice place to stay and relax. Although the rooms are small, they are very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The Beach is within walking distance, however, do not expect to look out your balcony and see the ocean. There are buildings between you and the sea.

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard Cocoa Beach on Sunday, January 20, 2008, and the hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. Most notably, the hotel staff provided excellent customer service. It began with Dee at the front desk and continued with Maria in the bar/restaurant area. Each staff person was kind and candid, which was refreshing. In my view, the staff went out of their way to make sure that each guest enjoyed their stay.

The rooms very very clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant (we enjoyed dinner and breakfast) was spectacular, especially the steak!

We will definately stay here again, and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

We just stayed one night in order to visit KSC. The hotel was very nice with the most comfortable beds. The meals are very good and the staff helpful and friendly. There is a short walk to the beach and the path is well marked. Super nice beach.
We did eat at the hotel and found the meals to taste great and hot. We did not use the pool. I would stay here again.

Don't take a chance on your hotel. The Marriott Chain has NEVER disappointed us. They raise the bar for other hotels. This hotel was affordable for the quality we received. You get what you pay for, and if you want quality, just book Marriott. I'm now a loyal Marriott costumer because I never regretted staying there. Nuff said!
