Stayed for one night prior to cruise. Location is good, near port, Ron Jon surf shop. Publix is just a short walk. The hotel does not have a restaraunt or bar, but does offer a complimentary breakfast: coffee, juice, baked goods, cereal etc. rooms are comfortable HBO, micro, fridge and coffee maker. We found the hotel to be clean, the staff friendly. We would recommend hotel for a one night stay. Hotel is not on the beach and the pool is mostly covered offering little sun.

No complaints at all - standard Holiday Inn quality and restful night's sleep. Very clean and comfortable beds and hotel in good shape. Nice pool and spa area which we enjoyed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the standard self service deal which is adequate but I wish it wasn't styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. Otherwise, nothing to object to at all.

All of Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas were booked up due to cruise delays from Hurricane Sandy. Two front desk staff, Rosa Linda and David, went out of their way to reduce our stress and help us find accomodations at a distant location. As it turned out, a last minute cancellation freed up a room at this hotel, and we could not have been more pleased. David carried in all of our luggage, and Rosa Linda quickly arranged for our reservations to be transferred to their hotel. These two employees made our stay such a pleasure. On top of that, the room was attractive and comfortable, and the breakfast had a tasty variety of food.

We had a free night with frequent travelers. The hotel was very nice and clean! Updated nicely and staff very helpful! Can leave car in parking lot while on cruise and private shuttle pick up...hotel will tell you who if you call ahead. Then make reservations. If your group or people being shuttled is 7 or more (they have a van) the rate is $5. Pp. the car was safe while we were on the cruise. Everything went smooth and you call them when you get off the boat for a pick up. We recommend this hotel highly!
