“Good Food, Modest Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

We stopped here on our way out of Cocoa Beach at the recommendations on tripadvisor. The food was fresh and everything was homemade. The seating is outside at picnic tables, but it was nice in October and allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze. The wait was a little long. The Lobster Roll, Lobster meal, Grouper Sandwich, Clam Chowder, Sweet Potato Fries, and Onion Rings were all excellent. The price for everything seemed a bit high, but the food was definitely quality.

“Funky place with great food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012

This is an extremely casual place: order at the counter and sit at picnic tables outside. The food is very good. We got lobster and were not disappointed. The clam chowder was great and we took some to go. There were some German tourists at the restaurant and it seemed they sampled the entire menu--all to great pleasure.

“This place is awesome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012 via mobile

Can't wait to go back. Best chowder I have had in years. The lobster roll was fantastic and Pete and Doug are good friendly people. Had a great lunch and definitely plan to go back this week for dinner.

“Awesome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012 via mobile

Ate there based on the reviews, so glad we did. The chowder is amazing, even when it is 90 outside. Lobster rolls are perfect. The owner is very friendly. The hush puppies taste just like grandma used to make. Priced reasonably considering the quality and quantity of food. We watched the grouper come in fresh, not frozen. I say emphatically stop here.

“Stop here every chance you get!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2012 via mobile

After reading some reviews, my husband and I decided to give this place a try with a couple friends. The place doesn't look like much from the outside (and not really the inside either) but the flavors, and personality, and service that come from this unsuspecting building are ones to be remembered. The owner is very laid back and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I ordered the lobster roll and it embodied everything a lobster roll should: not too much filler, light on the sauce, great bread. A friend of ours got the whole lobster and was not disappointed! You MUST stop by this place when in Cocoa Beach! This will be a beach stop tradition for us from now on!!
