Camping spots were good, but they are fairly close to each other and not shaded. This wasn't a problem for us because it was cool when we camped. You can hear highway noise, so if you are a tent camper and that bothers you, then you may want to bring a small fan for background noise. Lots of hiking trails, canoe rentals, fishing piers. Two of the piers are in the campground area. Clean bathrooms with laundry facilities. If you go camping and want a campfire, I recommend you bring your own firewood. Camp wanted $5 for 6 pieces of wood...thought that was a little pricey. The sites must have a concrete pad under the rv parking area even though they are also rented as a tent site. We found by moving away from the straightway, we were able to get our tent pegs in the ground.
