There are nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The rooms were fresh and clean, the lobby was attractive, very friendly staff and it's in a great lcoation.
You can walk to everything. Save money by getting everything off the hotel ie: all meals, umbrellas, beach chairs, booze, everything. It's all in walking distance. Go to the Marina for your jet ski, it's a great expierence and they give you docking time to swim.
Take the late flight home, if the changing room is being used in the hotel, they will give you complimentary passes to Eagle Fitness to shower and change there.
This is a great location for family, couples, weekend get-aways and girl trips (it's a nice alternative from Miami). I shall be returning.

“Beautiful Beach and pool, Restaurant a little pricey!!!!!!”

Me and my family went for a relaxing vacation to Clearwater Beach. We found the Hilton and decided to give it a try as we have stayed in many Hiltons before and have found them to be very reliable. Same story here, great service, and great big comfortable rooms!!!!!!!!!. We were here for 7 nights and payed around 1,600 dollars for a harborview room, which was not bad for Clearwater Beach. we checked in and did not know much about the area, so we tryed breakfast at the hotel. BIG,BIG,BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....We got the buffet which we payed a hefty price for, $17 a person!!!!!!!!!!. We thought that the eggs had a golden shell. We were about to go somewhere else but because of the lack of knowledge of the area, we stayed. The food was disgusting and cold and if we come back we will not eat breakfast here again. The next morning we found a great cafe that served a great breakfast for around $7. Overall, great and omg what a beautiful beach... WHITE SAND!!!!!!!!!!. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to clearwater.

If you are looking for a great vacation at the beach this hotel is the place. We booked directly through the hotel website. It was the same price as the discount websites and you get to make special requests, like extra towels and room views. Our room was on the top floor (9th) Parkside (preferred side) of the hotel. You have a great view of the gulf, the swimming pools, Pier 60, the habor and a small Park that is maintained by the city.

The hotel is extremely clean. They put forth a great effort to make sure the pool and beach areas are perfect. The elevators take you to the ground floor where you access the pool and the beach. The lobby is on the first floor so you don't have to go through the lobby whenever you want to go swimming. We had our ten year old daughter with us and she had a great time.

We parked our vehicle in self-parking when we arrived and never drove it again until we left four days later. Everything you could want was in walking distance. Several miles of beach, two pools, hot tub, tiki bars at the pool and on the beach, many restaurants, park area for children, activities on Pier 60, bungie trampoline, shopping, parasailing, boat excursions (dolphin viewing, deep sea fishing, site seeing, jet skis, dinner cruises, and the famous pirate ship). We ran out of time before running out of things to do.

There were quite a few different languages that were spoken at the pool. It seems to be a top distination spot for international vacationers too.

It is an expensive vacation but you do receive great value for the money.

The staff at the Hilton was awesome. The bellmen, front desk asst. manager"Jacob" were the best. I went with 3 friends for a "girls trip" and we had a great time. The white sandy beach, the beach club with our umbrella and chairs, the awesome Frozen Pina Colodas, and the very friendly staff made our trip most enjoyable!!

we stayed for 4 days on honeymoon, we got a great deal on hotel but when we checked in the room was very small..I went to front desk, explained we on honeymoon and they moved us ,unfortunely the air con on balcony leaked so we complained(we usually very passive people but i wanted something special on this occasion for my honeymoon)
that evening the manager(sorry cant remember name but was eastern european) came to our room and personally escorted us to a room that overlooked the beach(the view you see in the holiday brochures) give us a complimentary bottle of champagne and had our luggage take to new room, thank you sir very much, you make our stay at your hotel...our view was stunning...the food at hotel divine...the sea food chowder was to die for... watching the sunset whilst sitting on the decking was fabulous the staff were so friendly... the hotel is situated in middle of Clearwater lovely beach/marina aross street...

I would recommend this hotel to anyone young/ old/ family/ romantic etc......I still talk about it 3 years later..
