Staff was great. The location is not on the beach, but very close. Close to all the activites. Crabby Bills is just down the street and at that time had $2 beers. Beach had changeing rooms and bathrooms. Parking at the beach is very limited but the hotel let us park overtime, very nice of them.

The management was very accommodating when we asked for a first floor room. The room was clean and very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Although we didn't use Wi-Fi for business we did use it without a problem. When we visit Clearwater Beach we'll stay there.

We visited this hotel at beginning of november 2012 booking at last minute as we were staying up in Haines City at Little MErmaid Villa and decided to have a couple of days in clearwater. We booked hotel off a last minute website and were so pleased with what we purchased. Hotel staff were very hepful, receptionists were a credit tot he hotel. Hotel room was spotlessly clean and bedding and beds lovely. We also found the fact the we had free parking in the hotel car park a bonus as to park in Clearwater some places you are charged $25 for the day so when you take into account you could park up your car and walk everywhere and nto have to think about parking charges the cost of stay worked out quite cheap!! We are returning to clearwater in march and are looking to book into this hotel once again.

Showed up on Wednesday January 30th. Was told at the front desk that the 5th. floor room with a harbour view I reserved a month ago was beeing renovated, actually the entire 5th. floor. Asked why I wasn't notified and never got an answer, just a bank look! So I was put in their annex building (2 floors) Older, run-down building. This building must have at least 30 units but for some reason I was placed beside a noisy, loud, rude bunch of low-class party-goers. Why was I put there when there were only four units occupied in the entire building I do not know. So I immediately went to the front desk (because they never answer the phone) and demanded to be placed as far away from these low-class people as possible. They had actually received complaints all week from other patrons but were never asked to leave. Got a room close to the highway,,,not bad but lots of traffic noise. The Wi-Fi rarely worked and actually stopped working for about 36 hours at one point. This was very upsetting considering I needed a connection for personal and business reasons. They did give me a small discount on my rate but the biggest discount in the world won't get me back there again! It was a terrible stay! My worst experience in Clearwater Beach in the past 7 years.
