“Beachfront dont get any better”

Whilst in Orlando doing the Disney and Universal Parks, decided to break it up with a few days in Clearwater, the moment we turned up to the time we left we can only stress what great service, helpfulness of the staff, the rooms again great standard interconnecting rooms with the children, but as well as the bedrooms, both on suite luxury we also had a seperate room between the two which was a lounge, dining room and kitchen, the view onto the private white sandy beach made it even better and at night they lit a fire on the beach to toast marshmellows whereby you could just sit and relax with a few beers. Stayed an extra night but they had to jiggle the rooms as it was full, again they made sure we stayed in the rooms and did not have to move, now thats service!

Room Tip: Expect to pay locally per day for resort fee ($25) and dont forget service charges range from 18 to...

After staying here at on at least five separate occasions, the Hotel still repesents superior accomodations, service and ammenities. The Sunday Brunch was outstanding because of the quality and diverstity of the foods, as well as excellent service to our large party of guests.

This hotel is supposed to be a top hotel but as it doesnt advertise a star rating on its website bear this in mind,booked a coastal room for 7 nights big mistake arrived 5pm to be told room was not ready(check in is 2pm) asked if coastal room which is what we booked 15 months ago to be told no we dont have any left only bay view,not happy and made that clear was told that if we used that room for 1 night they would upgrade us for the next 6 nights to junior suite,which you cant complain about until you wait around until lunch time next day to change, and be told you are getting the room you already paid for coastal room,oops wrong person to accept that eventualy got 1 bedroom suite but kids had to sleep on sofa bed at first they didnt mind at first but in the end were glad to leave same as us,the onloy person that asked if we enjoyed our stay way the car valet as we were leaving,front desk dont have a clue but very good at apologising and ignoreing you,housekeeping was slap dash you can tell when you get a good one,in 7 nights i dont think the hallways were hoovered once carpet was disgusting.Whoever manages this hotel needs a rocket and whoever owns needs to do an undercover inspection and not just for 1 night.

Stayed there for 4 amazing nights and could not have asked for a better stay. Barely left the hotel. Brilliant staff and service. Beautiful views and such a nice area to stay in. Surrounded by several gorgeous restaurants that are only a walk down the beach away. Fantastic pool area and pool-side bar. Try the chocolate milkshake. Most amazing drink I've ever had. Haven't a bad word to say about the place. Champagne on arrival and everything. Would go back in the morning if I could! Thank you for the best holiday I've ever had

What an impressive staff! Their customer service was incredible! This resort has added the extra touches to make it easier for children of all ages, such as a bucket and shovel for kids upon check in and access to beach toys from the kid's club. The staff shared tips with our children about where to find sand dollars in the water, and always inquired about the treasures they found on the beach. The rooms were very comfortable and always cleaned well. There was so much to do within walking distance of the hotel too! We definitely recommend Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise for a special adventure. The pier provided some unique entertainment and shopping options as well. I am so glad we chose the Sandpearl for our vacation. However, I would prefer that the resort fee was part of the room charge rather than billed separately, as I was not expecting that through the package that I booked. Regardless, I will recommend this resort to others!

Can't say enough about this beautiful resort. Beautiful views & exceptionally nice staff, & I mean the entire staff. Even though the hotel was almost full we were still upgraded to a gulf view which was wonderful for us because in my opinion the view is one of the main reasons to stay there. This was my 4th visit & I will happily be returning next year!

This hotel was beautiful and for the most part, staff were great. We were not aware of the 18% gratuity added to all of the bills even thought we asked our server on the beach. Thus, we over-tipped. The manager was informed and took care of that issue promptly. The Caretta's was very unorganized as far as seating was concerned; definitely not a four star as expected. The beach and amenities were very nice.
