“Handicapped Don't Go Here!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013

If you are in a wheelchair or a EVC then this is not the place you want to go. They have a ramp to get into the restaurant, but you can not get to the bar or dining area due to a drop down to bar and stairs to dining area. My brother-in-law picked up the back of my scooter so we could get to the dining area to sit at a booth. If the weather is nice you could sit outside. Talked to manager and she said she would talk to the owner about it, also she said our waiter would be on top of everything for us. She also said we could have sit in the banquet room even though they alreay had a group in it. Don't think so, intruding on someone elses dinner. No Way!! Well he wasn't. When we requested something it would take 10 to minutes to get it or longer. We waited for our order almost an hour. Other customers had came after us, got their food and were long gone by the time we left. Manager also told us the bathrooms were not handicap accessible either. The only consolidation that she gave us a cut on our bill. For not being handicap accessible and the way the waiter did us, we should have not been charged at all. Will never go back nor recommend this establishment to anyone.

“Very nice visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2013 via mobile

Great service from Brandon, food was excellent, would consider the speed somewhere between unhurried and a little slow. That asside, I would certainly recommend a stop here for anyone looking for a pleasant athmosphere and nice dining. Only complaint, drinks seemed watered down and sort of pricey.

“Less than impressed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

We met two couples who had each previously dined at this establishment without incident and obviously felt it was worth coming back a second and third time. We read enough (recent) average reviews on Trip Advisor prior to going but decided to be gracious guests and keep an open mind. First off, the six of us were seated in a separate room away from the rest of the crowd which we didn't particularly care for. It was downhill from there. I will say the restaurant was full @ 7pm and there were no seats available at the bar. Our drinks (beers) were slow to come out (~20 min after taking order). Our appetizers were even slower (~30 min after getting our drinks). We hadn't gotten to enjoy our sushi before our dinners came out. We had to remind the waiter about the bread he was supposed to bring out with the drinks. Two of us ordered 6 oz filets with mashed potatoes and asparagas that were barely warm but cooked to order (medium). The hollandaise sauce was less than desirable and looked like congealed butter. The other four weren't raving about their dinners either (fish tacos, shrimp scampi still had the tails on and jumbo shrimp tempura was stuck together). I'll give that a restaurant can have a bad night here and there but I won't believe we were the only six guests that night that had a bad dining/service experience. It's such a shame because first impressions are lasting impressions for me and I don't know what would draw me back for a second chance.

“Poor experience on my first visit”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

I had lunch on a Friday and the restaurant was fairly busy. The service was very slow, over 45 minutes to get our food, inattentive service. I visited the establil=shment due to a Groupon I bought. They refused to accept the Groupon, said Groupns computer was down and they could not verify my certificate even though they had it in their hands.

The food was good and moderately priced. They have a real problem with the accoustics in the building. It was so loud we couldn't hear the waitress and vice versa. Will not return.
