Wonderful Hotel with a great location. The hotel is only 6 months old. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had on the area. If you want a balcony you get a view of the intercoastal waterway if not then you have a great view of Clearwater beach and the sunsets at night. The rooms were spotless and also had a microwave and mini fridge to use. The bathroom is very spacious and has a huge shower in it, plenty of room. There is also a business centre, small gym and a outside pool for use.
The hotel has a great location and is located one block from the Clearwater beach. it is a short walk to the beach and the pier, Boat rentals and crusies of the waterway are right door, you could walk to Clearwater Marine Aquarium which would be about a mile also you are close to shopping and restaurants.

We recently stayed here when I had business in Tampa. We wanted to stay in Clearwater on the beach. This hotel was a great find. Our room was spacious with a great view of the Gulf. Staff was friendly. The only drawback we found was the breakfast. Yes, they do have a breakfast in the lobby, but each day we went down, there was not much of a choice and what was left (egg and sausage patties) appeared older and dry. Although that was a disappointment, breakfast was not our main priority. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing. We found the place to be nice, close to what we wanted to see and we would stay again (just plan on breakfast elsewhere).

We arrived late after a long flight on the 31st October! Check in was great and the receptionist really helpful in giving us our car park ticket said she would advise security so we could put it in the car the next morning!
Our room was a 10th floor partial gulf / harbour view which was fantastic! Watching the sun come up early in the morning was beautiful!
The hotel is new and the rooms reflect this with a huge comfortable bed and all the usuals! The rooms did not have safes which would have been handy!
We immediately threw our cases in the room and headed to jimmys crows near bar for a bud light or 2! The bar was also on the 10th floor and has great views! Even when there was live music we heard nothing in our room as there are security / sound proof doors!
We did have breakfast included although chose not to eat it! To be honest it wasn't really our thing and there are so many nice cafe's and restaurants I really didn't fancy eating off the polystyrene plates! I'm sure its fine but was our choice to eat out!
The hotel has a pool and loungers! Sadly due to its position the sun goes behind the hotel from lunchtime so doesn't get to the pool! The beach is opposite / over the road and there appeared to be chairs to hire! We stayed at the pool as we prefer loungers to chairs to relax on
Great hotel and if I'm ever back in Clearwater I'd definitely return to Pier House 60

Pier 60 is a brand new hotel in Clearwater Beach. My wife and I booked our room from a discount site that called the hotel a "surprise package". But we were very pleasantly surprised. As I write this I'm looking out over the Gulf of Mexico to the west, down Clearwater Beach to the south and over the very beautiful Bay to the east. The room, the staff, the free parking and internet and a great watering hole on the roof make this hotel a place we'll be coming back to on each visit to this jewel on the Florida west coast.
