“Great Pizza and Modern Ambience!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2013

If you happen to encounter a rainy day (it's rare but happens!) when visiting Clearwater Beach, you may want to visit the Countryside Mall for some shopping or movies - and some great pizza from Grimaldi's brick oven. Their pizza is Italian style thin crust, with fresh and healthy toppings. Antipasto and fresh salads are served too...and desserts if you're up to it. They also have an excellent bar so you can find good wines to go with your pizza. The place is pleasantly modern...great to visit with friends and family alike! I would give 5 stars if the menu was more extensive.

“Choices are limited”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

Great pizza but menu could have been bigger for healthier options. Owner or manager should also make sure the atmosphere is cooler. Over all pizza is really good if you like thin crispy pizza.

“It's Different - in a Good Way”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2013

If you are looking for a big, thick, hearty Chicago-style pizza from a traditional pizza oven with loads of canned and processed ingredients, this is not where you will find it.

We arrived at a time when they were preparing the ovens, so we had a bit of a wait, but only after it was explained to us what was going on and about how long before a pizza could be ready.

There is a reason the menu is a bit on the limited side. Their focus is the pizza. Obviously.

The server was nice and explained everything quite well, as this was our first visit. She also helped by making recommendations based on what we told her about our preferences. This pizza is very, very tasty, very elegant, from the finest detail of the thin and deliciously crispy crust to the fresh sauce, cheese, and toppings.

This is not a pizza we would order for a beer swilling crowd at a super bowl party, but we'll certainly continue going to Grimaldi's when we are looking for that special fresh coal brick oven pizza.

“Over price and very little toppings on Pizza”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

The pizza was over priced, ordered double cheese and could hardly see the cheese. Will never go back. Don't waste you money going there.

“Love this pizza”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2013 via mobile

We just keep going back. It is almost impossible to find really good pizza in Florida but it is finally here. The service is always outstanding and I literally crave their Italian sausage. So many times restaurants seem afraid to actually make their sausage with any flavor but this is perfect. Our only complaint is having to pay for two full toppings if we just want half and half.
