My wife and I stayed at the Ebb tide for the first time at the beginning of January. The Ebb tide was exactly what we were looking for. The units are decorated in a spare but elegant style, and are immaculate. We stayed in a one bedroom unit on the second level in the back. All the units have an excellant view of the water. We had both windows in the back and front so that there was good cross ventilation. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We made our reservations for next year before leaving. If you are looking for a smaller lodging with the personal touch I don't think you could beat the Ebb tide.

We stayed at the Ebb Tide for the first time having stayed on the South beach for 20 years. We were pleasantly surprised. Nice clean accomodation and very spacious. Maria and Graham were so helpful and friendly. You just couldn't fault them. Great view's over the water. Plenty of dolphin sightings. All rooms have a view. Close to restaraunts, beach etc. It seems they have a lot of returning guests. I can understand why. We will definately go back next year.

My wife and I are lucky enough to have stayed at the Ebb-Tide three or four times now. As soon as our daughter is old enough to travel to Florida, we'll be going back to see Graham and Maria again - if they'll have us!
It truly is a wonderful place with a happy relaxed atmosphere. Close enough to the beach and shopping, but not surrounded by bars etc.
Anyone who likes a peaceful holiday with fantastic views and friendly hosts would love it.
I cannot recommend the Ebb-Tide enough!

Nice resort; however, it could use just a little improvement.
Spacious accomodations, but some of the furniture looked atrocious and definitely needed replacing.
Some of the other patrons had trouble watching over their own children who were destructive at times. This could happen anywhere though.
It would be great if they offered internet access like most places.
I also found that their prices are a bit steep compared to others, at these costs they could afford to do better.
