I first wrote about this property in April after we returned from our vacation and my review was removed for reasons unknown to me so I am writing again with an added disclaimer , I am at a total loss as to why my reveiw would be removed, I can honestly state I have no connection to the property, management nor owners other than being a most satisified guest, who will return again based upon my first and only stay there. The manager, Lynn was most helpful with our reservations (which were changed a few times, I might add) and upon arrival getting us settled in to our IMMACULATE place, a beautiful suite with a screen porch. I can't say often enough how clean this facility is. The kitchen is fully equiped down to a pizza cutter, (just bring the pizza). The entire property was just fabulous, from the inviting pool to the patio with grill and music. The dock on property with the scenic views and the 5 minute walk to the beach was wonderful. We inquired about bicycle rentals and we were offered those on property for our use, we asked about beach chairs and the same offer applied. Perhaps, more important was that we had a minor medical emergency and I needed to find the closest walk-in physician. I went to the office but it was well before hours, returning to my room I met a a gentleman who inquired if I needed something, I explained and he told me to ring the bell and Lynn would help., I hesitated because of the early hour but took his advice given the reason. Lynn, went out of her way to call a few places for me to see which was open and closest and then provided directions for us. Even though the sun was barely up and I no doubt disturbed her sleep - she was so accomodating. ( When we arrived back from the doctor we thanked both Lynn and the gentleman who helped me and he turned out to be the owner). I should probably be quiet and keep my raving to a minimum because when I want to go back, I don't want to be shut out but I honestly have to say this is a slice of heaven. If you want a clean vacation property, that lacks nothing and includes some of the most accomodating people you will ever meet - then this is your place.

Took time out from the hussle and bussle of Orlando to have three days of sanity ! We stayed in a two bedroom apartment right on the water. Fantastic facilities and what a view. Managed to catch my boy's first fish... he is only 7 and managed to reel in a two foot long Hammerhead shark. Pool is wicked as are the staff , everything you need is there , bikes , fishing gear , pool fun stuff and everything within walking distance including breathtaking restaurants , pier 66 and all the fun outings from the marina. This is our finest family vacation and what a change from the multi national chains. Go for it , if you dont you will regret it !!!!

This was our first vacation since having a baby so we weren't sure what to expect. We couldn't have asked for things to work out better.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment/suite which had a king size bed and lots of room for a pack 'n play (which they provided for us). Having a kitchen and eating area made meals a breeze and the bbq area was so nice that we found ourselves grabbing groceries and often eating in. We brought a monitor with us so we could either sit and read on our screened in porch or lock the door and head to the pool (it was very close) while the baby napped. The pool itself was warm and our baby loved it!. The manager and the other guests were all very friendly and helpful.

The beach and pier 60 were only a short walk away (5 minutes) and there were restaurants and cafes in close proximity. We rented a car but only used it to get to and from the airport, to run to a nearby grocery store, and for a day trip to the Tampa zoo.

I would highly recommend this place!

I found this motel on TripAdvisor- without the excellent reviews I probably would have chosen a chain hotel. We were very happy with our stay there. We arrived at 11:30 pm (an hour later than we indicated we would arrive) and the owner met us outside to keep it quiet for people who were staying in the room next to the office. She was so cheerful and welcoming to us. The location is just a street away from the beach (a 3 min walk) and close to good shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a full kitchen also which would be great for a longer stay. One feature we thought was great was free use of a washer and dryer- however we were not able to use it because our key did not open the door. Other than that everything was perfect!
