This was the worst experience in a hotel chain I have ever had. Not to mention it is foreign owned and not well kept. Got up the next morning and no hot water, called front desk, she said it's coming, ( What do they do there, heat it up in the microwave?) after 10 minutes still no hot water!! Will never patronisn this place again. I asked for money back due to not having hot water (took my shower in cold water), she said no you slept here. Shame on you for that type of service, if not for travelers, you wouldn't make a living. Don't stay at this place, pay a little extra, more than the 42.00 I spent and stay where it's nicer and hot water!!!!!
