“Nice State Park”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012

very small but nice. We had a pull through so it was easy getting into. Nice trail down to the lake but don't try to bike it like my husband did. Tough getting back up. I walked it and it was a nice 15 minute or so walk. A little strenuous getting back up. The campground is located on a good size hill. Restrooms were very clean and well kept. We biked the Four Freedoms paved trail in Madison one day. It was only about 20 minutes away. There is a Wal-Mart that is close and I-10 in also near by.

“Visit after several rain showers to see the water falling in the "hole"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2012

It is a nice walk with nature all around you. There is a pond you can fish and swim. The walkway is safe down the "hole", but the walk back up is very strenuous. Camping is allowed.

“Nature well preserved!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2012 via mobile

Went with my husband and 13 year old son, it was drizzling so we wore our raincoats and thoroughly enjoyed the scenery. The waterfall was nice to see in Florida. The sinkholes around the fall are just as impressive. And the bathroom facilities are spotless. Very well cared for park.

“Lovely lake”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2012

The waterfall was dry when we went to the park. The staff never told us of this when we paid. The park is pretty though and you have a lake you can swim in. The waterfall would be a sight to see when it is flowing though.

“Great experience! Stay Here!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2012

This park is fantastic! It is beautiful and clean! The bathrooms are bug free and extra clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. Just a well run state park.
We stayed here only because we broke down in Chipley, FL and needed a campground to stay at while our car was being fixed. Luckily we chose Falling Waters because we had a great two days here. The trails were kept up and although the falls are dry, it's still interesting to see.
If you have the chance to stay here, I highly recommend it!
