“Good meal, good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2011

we quite like Celebration, it's more than a bit "quirky", there are a few restaurants to try, we suggest KIRWIN's for ice cream, very lovelly, and for some reason we cannot find them on TA, anyway back to Town Tavern,
Good food, good service, and a reasonable price, a little bit of a reserved atmosphere, but we all (4 of us) enjoyed our meal.

“great location- the worst food ever”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2011

We made the mistake and went there twice because of the great location. You can sit outdoors and watch the people walking by, great..the food....DISGUSTING
First we had the BBQ Burger and the Fishwich...worst burger ever....nearly no bbq sauce and no lettuce nor tomatoes on it....the fishwich was bland, no spices
We gave them another chance, bad mistake.....had the caesar salad with chicken, the chicken was cold and therefore dry and hard-bitten, we had sangria.....the WORST ever..,I Think it was made completely out of concentrate....no alcohol nor wine in it
loved the location so much, but will never be there again.....

“Best dinner we had while in Orlando!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2011

I had heard about Celebration before heading to Orlando with my boyfriend recently, so we decided to check it out. Such a cute town! The food at the Tavern was absolutely delicious. I had the clam chowder and lobster roll and I swear I crave them both every day still. My boyfriend loved the place because of the beer selection (99 different kinds). He was able to get a Belgian beer that he loves and is never able to find. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, and the patio had a nice atmosphere in the evening. We would definitely go back again.

Management is worst we ever experienced very rude using profanity we won't be back and were going to make it a point to file a BBB complaint. When confronted she was very rude. the other employees were scared of losing their jobs Over her attitude. They apologized for her actions she should be terminated. We will pass this experience on to everyone considering a trip to Disney from the Uk. a letter will soon follow to Disney world management.

“A welcome diversion from theme parks and iDrive”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2011

Decided to try this place as a change from the "usual" eateries around the Kissimmee area.

Very full and obviously popular, so we had a 10 minute wait for a patio table, but that was fine, with a well stocked bar with 99 beers on offer. The atmosphere was great, with a combination of locals and tourists in evidence and some live music on offer.

Menu is mainly seafood, but with some steak and salad options too. Excellent grilled quahogs and calamari starters and variations on shrimp for mains - the Parmesan option being let down by a watery tomato sauce. Some nice wines at around $7 to $9 a glass to wash it all down.

Service was a little intermittent, with the starters arriving a couple of minutes apart and the mains before the starters were finished, but these were minor quibbles on a genuinely pleasant night out. At just over $100 for the meal plus wines, it's a bit pricy, but definitely worth it to get a good meal in a convivial atmosphere in a lovely small town.
