I will simply list the reasons why....for point of reference, the group includes grandparents, children, and grandchildren.
1) Easy access to Disney Parks
2) Quiet and secure location
3) Cost efficient .....we ate in every night while the kids used there last ounce of energy in lanai pool.
4) Easy access to grocery, liquor, etc......all on. Hwy 192
5) Larger community pool with waterslide to cool off from long day
6) Great area to go out for a run each morning
7) I had low expectations based on the price.....I had a great experience all around!
