We love the Island Place. We've stayed at the island Place on several occasions in various rooms and enjoyed ourselves everytime. We found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and homey. The new flat screen in unit 106 is great for you sports fans.

This is our seventh visit to Island Place, all in room 107, right on the water. Once again we were not disappointed with the serenity, peacefulness, quiet, and relaxation. My wife and I come every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have never been disappointed. No fast food, no video establishments, no miniature golf, no movie theaters, etc. Sometimes not even a cell phone signal. Just great one on one time with my bride! We'll be back an eighth time!!!!

We just got back from a small family reunion with my husbands family. There eight of us in all. We had a wonderful time in this quiet little fishing community. I was born and raised in Largo Florida and passed by the sign for Cedar Key on US 19 many many many times. I didn't realize what a little treasure hideaway I'd been missing. My sister-n-law Betty, along with her husband, had visted several times in the past (most recently this past June). After telling my husband Kenny and myself about the area we decided for all of us to get together. We now live in Alabama and it's sometimes hard to visit as much as we'd like.
What a wonderful time. Betty and her husband Dan always stay at the Island Place Condos. Everyone in the office was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much for your patience with our crazy little bunch.
We loved the accomodations. They were everything Betty said they would be. Our rooms were unstairs right on the water. We had reserved 3 condos. We would sit on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and watching the sun come up and the evenings watching the sunset. Saturday evening while eating supper on the balcony and enjoying the sunset, we were thrilled to watch several Dolphins feed in the channel just yards away. What a wonderful experience. If your looking to get away for a quiet restflu weekend this is the palce to go!!!

The Island Place was exalent i recomed if you want to relax then stay there. The staff is qiuet friendly exspecialy the pool guy who will chat with you about where to fish at is very nice. the desk people were very friendly and on top of their job. I will definatly stay here when ever i vist ceder key agian. :-}
