We started with the generous bowl of Cedar Key clams with a tomato based sauce (thumb's up). I had a cup of clam chowder which I liked better than the cup I had at Tony's the night before (smooth and not too much bite). Next came a blackened grouper sandwich for my spouse, complete with homemade potato chips. It got the thumb's up too. I picked the Cedar Key salad: crisp lettuce, candied pecans, heart of palm, pineapple chunks, sliced jarred peaches, and, peanut butter ice cream dressing. Yup. I had never heard of such a salad before, so had to try it. I asked for the "dressing" on the side, which turned out to be a good idea as there was so much of it! It was actually a very good salad. All this, plus neat decorating in the restaurant, funky painting in the bathrooms, and super waitstaff.
