Step away from the beach bars and crab shacks for a very enjoyable experience at this trendy, beautiful restaurant. On a warm night, seated outside in the garden, you could be dining at an upscale eatery in Aruba or any of the islands. We had a table toward the rear, which was a plus as the music, though welcomed, was a bit loud toward the front of the dining area. Service was friendly and efficient, and the food was served hot. My wife had the caprese skewers as an appetizer, an interesting twist on the traditional, and declared them delicious. I had the cold gazpacho which was also very good while our friends enjoyed the lobster bisque. Entrees were flavorful with adequate portions. My wife's chicken marsala was tender and flavorful. My salmon rockefeller was very good , cooked perfectly, although a bit oversauced, as was the grouper special that our friend had. The fish seemed fresh, so I would have preferred to have the flavor of the fish more prominent, rather than hidden underneath a tidal wave of sauce. Sometimes a simpler preparation is best.
Overall, this is a great dining option while in Cape Coral.
