What a great place to stay! We stayed in the two bedroom suite which had enough space to fit up to six people. The kitchen was lovely and had stainless still appliances. The bathrooms were great, especially the master bedroom one. Staff was very friendly. Sunday brunch is amazing; tons of food! Cannot wait to go back. Relaxing trip and kid friendly. Water taxi to Fort Myers beach was nice.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was fantastic. A mixture of self catering and hotel with fine dining or bar food available. Lovely Marina with a few shops. Very clean and a jewel around the Cape Coral area. Staff were great from the moment we arrived.

We stayed here for 5 days before going into a rented villa for 2 weeks. We had a 2 bed 2 bath suite which was huge. The suite was exceptionally clean and eveything in the kitchen was brand new, cutlery, crockery pans etc...The views out from the bedrooms, lounge and balcony were fantastic to say the least. The screened in balcony was a pleasure to sit outside having breakfast and lunch. The room cleaners were very efficient and left little notes to say Hello and welcome. There is a starter pack of kitchen cleaning things like dishwasher powder and cleaning cloths, t-towels, coffee, and creamer, tea, there is really nothing they hadn't thought of, there were 2 bottles of water in the fridge but beware they were at a price, not cheap!
We ate at the Marker 92 restaurant a couple of times for breakfast and dinner. It was okay to eat there, huge portions. The resort is very glamourous, with the beautiful marina, sun loungers, swimming pool with jacuzzi, and fabulous boutique shops. There is a complimentory boat that will take you to and back from Fort Myers most days I think.

We did love the resort but there was a downside for us, It was very hot while we were there, and humid, and the mosquito type bugs were really biting, I got bitten 6 times 'through' my clothes at one sitting in the restaurant for dinner, despite wearing 2 types of deet, and in the lift coming and going was a haven for them, so I don't know if they could have maybe done more to spray or control them, but it was a major problem for me and staff and other guests.
It became an issue every time we came and went from the resort, and it didn't affect us once we left the resort to go elsewhere. All over the carribean and Thailand, I have never had bites before, so it came as a surprise, especially in the restaurant. And they were huge nasty bites.

But that aside we couldn't fault the cleanliness,high standard and quality of the place or the staff.

This is truly a 5 star resort. It's a great place to kick back and relax so if you're looking for a lot of activities, you may want to choose another place. We rented the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo and it was immaculate. Normally, I take disinfectant and clorox wipes when I stay in any hotel. I bought my disinfectant spray but didn't need it at all. The staff greeted us every time we entered and left the property. I have nothing bad to say about this place. We're definitely going back, maybe for Mother's Day! We at the Marker 92 grill, the food was really good and reasonably priced. Rick was our server and was very courteous and accommodating.
