Book online because it was the closest to the Cruise Terminal.
Our room is one of the largest I have every stayed at, and includes a full Kitchen. We dropped off some of our luggage that we did not need on the cruise prior to embarking.
Once we returned for our stay, we we deleted with all the resort had to offer! We started in the lazy river, splash pad for the little one, and some time in the pool!
The mini golf and indoor play room were also hits with the kids. We watched 3 movies in the, on property theater room. There are also daily activities which we were around for; magician, scavenger hunt, and many we could not attend.
The game room/arcade is large, but game selection is a bit limited.
Staff is friendly and was helpful when I had questions.
The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes, there is a tram (golf cart with trailers) that can take you but we preferred to walk. Beach was quiet and fun. Rentals were claimed to be available (surf boards, kayak, chair, umbrella and more) but booth was empty and we never inquired at the front desk since we did not need anything anyway.
We were able to view the Space-X rocket launch from the beach!
We stayed 3 nights. We decided to not get a rental car, and used some local shuttles when we needed to head out, which we rarely did.
The only downfall of the whole resort was the Ron Jon Grill. The food was only OK, and most of the staff was friendly but the overall service was very slow.
Overall I would recommend this property to anyone! If we decide to come back to the area, this will be our first choice to stay!

I checked this place out by chance and ended up buying. I love this place and feel it is our home away from home, I take advantage of all it has to offer. Lazy River, hot tubs, beach across the parking lot which my kids love to surf, even after check out you can stay on the grounds and and wash up from all the sand in the showers. The units are all like apartments with a full kitchen washer dryer and all the kitchen accessories needed for your stay. The view from the other building is what it is about the view. Great place hands down! Food service customer service everything oh the place is immaculate too!

My wife and I have been owners at RJCC since the first year it opened. We stayed here last week and had an enjoyable time as always. When we got our room (beachfront) I was taken aback by how loud the fridge was. I called the front desk to notify them of the noise and within 15 minutes there were two service guys there and they replaced the fan and were gone before long. Additionally, we were impressed with the overall condition of the place. We did not see the wear and tear one would start to expect of a place with this much activity.
I have to tell you that no place is perfect, but when there is an issue, you want it addressed and they certainly did provide that here.
The Pool area was overall clean and orderly. Our guests commented that given the number of kids around the pool that it was still a great place to relax.
The Pool Bar had great food, and not just the traditional Pizza, Burgers and Hot Dogs. Items like Mahi Burritos and Salads with Blackened Mahi were nice treats for adults. One of our guests made the comment the only thing he would think of changing in his Mahi Burrito, was to have “less” Mahi in it! Quality and quantity of servings were well worth the cost.
We can’t wait to go back next year.

Our one week stay was great. The two bedroom villa was huge and well decorated. All villas are just like in the pictures, real open layout-nice decoration throughout and clean too. You would think it was a 4-5 star hotel . The whole resort was clean as well as the beautiful pool area. Some pics make it look just like a big kids pool but the area has a huge main pool thats really nice, the lazy river is fun for all ages(college kids,
Parents, older folks.) The staff was friendly and helpful and we all had a lot of fun, don't eat at Baja's though, hahah. It's not a nice restaurant. Although Grills and a few others were pretty nice. The HUGE Surf Shop is down the road a little but it's definitely worth a drive-they sell everything! And it's designed really nice. About the resort, I've read bad reviews and was very skeptical myself since I'm extremely picky and judgmental--BUT the place exceeding my expectations, and for the price?! You can't beat it I promise you. Take your family or your special other, you'll enjoy. Definitely would go back...
