This was our second trip with this boat. The first was in August when we caught several small sea bass to take home to eat. The crew as friendly but the guy serving food (older guy, personality of a rock) need to work on his people skills. Otherwise, we had a good time.
This time, we went in April over spring break. Caught lots of sea bass but they were not in season. We were not informed of this before our trip. Be sure to check what is in season before you go if you want to keep fish to eat!!!! The bartender was friendly, young kid, nice guy. The deck worker helping us worked hard enough to untangle lines, etc. but was flat out rude. He also gave away our jackpot to one of his good buddies that fishes regularly with them. Let me explain. We were lucky enough to catch a King Fish, without doubt the largest fish of the day. As we had entered the largest fish contest we looked forward to our jackpot. As I said this guy gave that $130 to his buddy. When I challenged them on it, the "buddy" took off immediately and disappeared into the office. The guy that gave the money away just turned his back.
I recommend choosing a charter over any party boat in this area. You will pay a bit more but you won't end up with the rudeness and thievery of this group.
