The location is fantastic, one of the best on the island. HOWEVER...the service is horrible. When we first arrived the hostess urged that we find our own seat in the bar vs wait for a table so we went ahead and just sat at the bar. We asked an employee if they had Happy Hour and he shrugged his shoulders and said " I don't know". If he didn't know he should have at least added "let me find out for you" to his response. Anyway, it took well over 5 min for the bartender to approach us and he wasn't familiar with the drink I ordered, even though it was posted all over the place as one of their special cocktails. After I pointed that out to him he went to have someone else make it. The drink was $11 and tasted like there was no alcohol at all in it, overpriced is an understatement. After we finished our drinks we decided we were not spending another dime there so I motioned to the bartender that we were ready for the bill, from that point to the time we left it was about 10 min. 10 min is a long time to give someone a bill (at the bar) and cash them out. If he was the only bartender I would be much more understanding, however there were 4 bartenders working.
I am not hard to please at all and usually understanding of not so great service if it is very busy and understaffed etc. but this wasn't the case during our visit.
