It is a dated old Florida motel with aging facilities. Service was great. Bedding seemed exceptionally clean. I checked mattress and it was also exceptionally clean. Carpets were old and there was a bit of a musty smell, but that is always true in older areas, especially in humid Florida.

Stayed here on a tour of Florida but wasn't over-impressed. The desk staff were somewhat indifferent and the decor needs updating in several areas. Seems to be used by truckers as a stop-off as there were 3 large trucks in the car park overnight. The breakfast was good though and the room in which it is served is large, bright and attractive. Not great value.

I'm giving this hotel a top rating more for the service than for the accommodations, which were fine but nothing exceptional. I arrived with a car issue. The gentleman at the desk came out; another offered his help; four fellows in the end came to my aid. I think this was above and beyond assistance. The hotel is perhaps a bit in need of updating; but it's perfectly comfortable, reasonable, and very well situated. I would stay there again.

This place is somewhat past its prime and in need of a major clean up. My room was comfortable enough but the bathroom was not up to the standards of cleanliness that one would expect in a property like this: hairs in the shower, dirt in the corners, etc. It made me nervous.
This does not seem to be a business hotel as there were lots of families with young kids who seemed to be vacationing--unusual since it is not on the beach and next to I-95. Don't think I'll be back.
