Without a doubt, the best timeshare we have ever stayed at! Everything is first class. We had a two bedroom suite; it was huge. And the second bedroom with ensuite was far enough from the master for two couples to have a lot of privacy, if they wished. Our screened-in balcony overlooked a lagoon and the golf course. It ran the length of the suite, with room for a large table with four chairs plus two lounge chairs and side table. The kitchen had stainless steel appliances and granite counter. Lots of little touches to make the suite very attractive and comfortable. Shampoo, soap, laundry detergent are provided. Staff come in each day to change the towels and empty the trash. Midweek, they clean and change the sheets. Not the normal timeshare service! Hookup to our laptop in suite provided free of charge. There is a regular shuttle provided to the marina (beach access) and the Hyatt hotel. It is also available by request during unscheduled hours. One evening it picked us up to go to the Tarpon Bay restaurant in the hotel and returned us when we were done. Nice not to have to worry about drinking and driving. Only negative in the suite was the sofa. Soft and tired...needed replacing. And I wouldn't go to southwest Florida in late May again. The love bugs were out in full force. They don't bite but it is no fun to be sunbathing and having them land on you.
