Very clean and decorated in a very austere modern style. Beware - the bathroom and living area floors are polished tiles which were very slippery under wet feet. Use care getting out of the shower. The walls must be very thin. I spent the evening (until 11:30pm) hearing the children play in the room to my right. Then I was later awakened and realized that the sounds were snores coming from the room to the left! Also the desk clerk could not figure out how to code my room key. It took him two tries, then it failed again the next day because he had only coded it for one night. Probably a good place for families with lots of kids to stay (there is a pool), but not advised for adult travelers who want a quiet evening.

I was pleasantly surprised at with how clean and luxurious this hotel is. The service is friendly, the hotel is quiet, and the rooms are outstanding.

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel. We needed a room that also had space for us to sit and go over paperwork at the end of the day (we were house hunting). Not only did we get a great room with a 'big screen' TV to watch and unwind at night, but we also had a sitting area with a desk and proper size office chair that allowed us room to use our laptop. I would highly recommend this place. It is centrally located (between Ft.Myers and Naples), very, very clean and offers a complimentary breakfast in the a.m. Oh, and did I mention how affordable it was. We were truly amazed at the quality for the price. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this facility to anyone and cannot think of anything negative to write. Almost forgot...although we did not use it, there is a beautiful pool there.

The hotel is right off I-75 behind a McDonalds. Gracefull statues compliment the grounds and very nice pool area. It is not far from the beach and local attractions.
A decent breakfast 'bar' with pour-your-own waffles, etc. Very friendly staff.

The ubiquitous "Patels" own this property, so just know that you get the basic, MINIMUM amout of towels (2) and wash clothes, and they are of average or below thread count.
The other thing I REALLY did not like, is that the rooms are ALL painted a depressing, battleship, dary grey. And the art work is all black and white. The rooms are well appointed with frigde, freezer etc and large LCD TV, which is wall mounted.
We got an internet price of $59.00 for a Saturday night which you can't beat.
Would stay here again.

We happened upon this beautiful hotel purely by accident after staying at a terrible place in Fort Lauderdale. We stopped for breakfast supposedly to be heading back to Canada and
noticed this hotel across the road, went over to take a look and decided to stay a couple of extra nights. The lobby, rooms, breakfast area are just gorgeous. The gardens/pool area is what really convinced us to stay on extra days. So beautiful and quiet compared to Fort Lauderdale and maintained to perfection. The staff helpful and courteous. Could not believe my eyes when I walked into our room, it was so gorgeous compared to our previous hotel. Flat screen t.v. on the wall, everything in the bathroom and entry way black
granite and just sparkling clean. Although it is not close to the water would still consider staying again in 2010.
