“WOW! Very Friendly and Clean”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2009

Our stay at the Inn At The Springs was a great experience. We were visiting the area for the Junior Olympics Swim Meet and we had 6 families staying there. We all said it was a great choice in hotels. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. They even had someone come in early to set up the complimentary hot breakfast to accomadate our swim meet schedule. We stayed in the 2 bedroom boutique room which was decorated so beautifully you forgot you were staying in a hotel. The beds were very comfortable as well.
There is a Publix and Target within walking distance to the Inn. The beach was only about 3 miles away and a new outdoor shopping mall with a Movie Theater was just down the road.
If you like a good Italian meal visit Enricos in the Publix plaza.
The price was very reasonable and we will definately come stay there again.

Very impressive hotel and we were met by the concierge (for all 24 fans, he was actually called Tony Almeida!) who was charming. As we had only been able to book 2 separate rooms on line , he happily upgraded us to a 2 bedroomed suite free of charge. The suite had full kitchen and lounge along with 2 huge en suite bedrooms. He gave us great advice of places to visit and even a detailed map of all the restaurants in the area. Told us about all the beaches and conservation areas. Very helpful and couldn't praise it too highly.

The service was exceptional. Tony and his front desk staff were very helpful with such things as recommendations for eating, local touring/recreational activities. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant and accomodating.
We originally planned a 2 nite stay, but ended up staying for 7 nites. We originally wanted a regular room, but when we booked that, Tony (the manager) suggested that for a few dollars more, we could get an efficiency room: king bed, kitchenette and plasma TV. We took him up on his offer.......oh, and he also matched the price we found for the hotel on the Expedia site. A real bargain for a great hotel!
The location is ideal for day touring the northern areas of Fort Myers, Sanibel/ Captiva Island and local Estero, Bonita Springs and the south toward Naples and the southwestern Everglade area. It is also a short walk from 2 shopping/food areas and a short ride to the beaches.
We liked the accomodations very much, and the only dislikes were their continnental breakfast ( there were no banannas to be had and the variety of other foods were so-so, but their coffee was good) and the other dislike was their pool/take with you day touring towels: they were well used and really too thin.
In all, it's a great place, very clean, good prices and convenient location.

My husband and I recently stayed at The Inn at the Springs for a weekend getaway. We were very pleased with this inn. We found it to be immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic continental but they do offer a few hot items as well. Everything was fresh and enough to get you started in the morning. Excellent value!

We would not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend it to others..

My wife and I visited Southwest Florida for the first time this month. We used Expedia and TripAdvisor for our research. We were directed to this hotel and are pleased with our experience. We wanted a clean, attractive home base, and that is what this facility provides. Our room had a kitchenette that saved us quite a bit of time and money. The bed was comfortable. The flat-panel TV and associated channel offerings were great. Everything was clean and bright and new and smelled great. The cooling system worked great. The pool and deck are nice. The fitness center is poor. The common area for breakfast is nice. Jeannette does a great job of keeping the area clean and the breakfast foods plentiful. Sausage is good, bacon OK, eggs poor, juices good, bread and muffins for toast good, coffee OK.

Best of all was the top-shelf concierge service offerred by Tony, Vicky and the other front desk staff. You couldn't get better service at the Ritz-Carlton. Tony spent a lot of time directing us to the correct seafood restaurants, Everglades tour-providers, beaches, etc. He even loaned us beach chairs and an umbrella. Vicky and others were also very helpful. The knowledge and attention provided to us added considerable value to our vacation experience - we avoided tourist-trap restaurants and tour operators - we visted the better beaches.

If you're looking for a great "base-of-operations" for a tourist vacation, this is your place.

This is my second four day visit this month. I always stay at three star hotels minimum. I would recommend this place to the fussiest of travelers. The rooms are spotless and there are certainly no bedbugs. People do get bitten in the glades!!! Don't even think this well managed hotel has a bug problem. The pool ,lobby, hallways and breakfast area are in pristine condition. Great value and close to shopping, restaurants, beaches. Good coffee twenty four hours a day. Even a complimentary breakfast buffet. The kitchenette is a great plus. Small , but it's all you need. Stay here. It's a gem.

My wife and I stayed in Bonita Springs for a weeks vacation. It was our first visit in the south of Florida. We chose this location in order to easily get to the interesting sites between Fort Myers and the Everglades. The Inn at the Springs is in a perfect spot for this purpose. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and amenities in the immediate surounding of the hotel. The beaches in Bonita are quiet nice as well. Especially Barefoot Beach is well worth a visit. The staff of the hotel is generally nice and helpful. Our room was equiped with a kitchenette but the furniture was a bit old. As a result some lights didn't work and the A/C was difficult to adjust. I am used to staying in hotels of this category during business trips and have no issue with basic standards with a good value for money ratio. The big downside, however was that we had bed bugs in our room. We did not appreciate the casual response of the staff when we mentioned it. The general response and the polite excuses we got in return clearly tell me that the staff is aware of the issue and is used to dealing with these complaints. This situation definitely spoiled an overall good experience.
We decided that we would not stay in the Inn at the Springs again.

Greetings from Bonita Springs, Florida; we appreciate you taking time to provide your comments, and we especially take your concern about bed bugs seriously. We thoroughly inspected your suite and the adjoining suites and are happy to confirm there are no bed bugs. We have an aggressive and ongoing preventive pest control program to keep insects that are abundant in Florida from checking into our hotel.
