My husband planned a birthday brunch for me inviting my children & granchildren,13 all together. The disaster started as soon as we sat down with no napkins missing silverware and empty glasses,our server was no where in sight. We had to keep calling him and when he finally came he (Mark) he was annoyed. The childrens table was never cleared of dishes which was just piling up. This is so unacceptable from a restaurant of this quality, Our bill including tip was over $600.00. Even with the bad service and fewer food choices, the dessert bar was so little even the golden corral has a better selection, my husband still tipped over 15%. Upon seeing the tip Mark made a nasty face somehow thinking he deserved more. (What a laugh) The following day we tried to call the manager of the hotel Mr Pius Prospere which he never returned our call.
