Recently stayed for 3 nights at Towneplace Suites with husband and 2 kids. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable under the circumstances. Kitchen area was great to prepare breakfast and quick dinners. Bedding was very nice as well. They are renovating but the noise did not bother us. Also, heard train going by but nothing compared to spending a night at a hotel in the city.

My only complaint was that the room smelled like either smoke or BO. Couldn't quite get past the lingering stench. I actually bought a can of Oust by Lysol and sprayed room and curtains daily.

The hotel is clean and well maintained.
The staff is very helpful and when we had a problem with the phones not working, the technician came to our suite within five minutes.
You have all the amenities meant to give you an enjoyable stay, except for the fact that the train is running right behind the building every half hour, makes noise and the building is shaking. Too bad indeed.

The Staff at the Townplace Suites Boca Raton Florida, made my husband and my 7 day stay there truly distasteful. Reception, especially a select few were bullys, while others were polite, but not trained and had no idea of their own policy. We will naver stay there again.

The Good: Very convenient, easy to find. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Nice grounds around the hotel.

The not so good: The hotel was clean but not immaculate. If I had had time to swim, I would have used the pool at the hotel nextdoor. Towels and sheets were old. Staff did not answer the phone when we tried to call downstairs. Security not too tight.

Overall: I think I'd try another place for the price if I were staying in Boca Raton again.
