“Awesome Por Quesadillas!!!”

Their pork quesadillas are to die for. They have this pink onions.... they are so good! I've already had them twice this week and I'm thinking of going back this weekend.

“Nothing special”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2010

Really nothing special about these burritos. Just plain and average,- nothing to get excited about. Make'em better myself...

Cheap though!

“the bomb!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2009

unpretentious, straight forward, delicious tex-mex in a cozy, laid back atmosphere. big time bang (bomb) for your buck! the conchinita puerco pibil humbles even the fussy country club going boca-ites.

“Amazing Mexican Food in Cramped Quarters”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2009

Although a teeny little restaurant with wooden tables and benches in a strip mall on Federal Highway, the food there is amazing. The salsa - which they will keep bringing you - is fresh, and chunky. Probably one of my favorite salsa in South Florida. The waitresses (two of them, usually) are extremely quick and professional, although not very talkative. The portions of large, as well, with the rice and refried beans obviously made that day. All of the burritos were ordered were good - steak, as well as a veggie - and the tacos asada were delicious; soft corn tortillas filled with cubes of warm steak, served with guacamole and various "fixings." They refill your soda the minute you take a sip, and everything is served the minute the kitchen pushes it through the dining room windown. Although really small and the tables are cramped, it's well worth it - the food is simply great.
