I recently had dinner at BCT (also known as Big City Tavern) and had a wonderful experience. I understand that this restaurant has recently gone through many improvements. I remember dining at BIg City about 2 years ago but dont remember much about the menu or atmosphere. Well I'll tell you this, the menu has definitely gotten better and I wont forget it this time around. I started with the Stella Steamed Clams! Awesome! I defintiely recommend those if you like seafood. Then I had the filet which was pretty good too. Cooked just the way I like it. I highly recommend going to BCT!!!

I was happy with the food. The desserts are amazing. However, it is a crowded and loud.

Mediocrity is the buzz word at this popular Boca Raton restaurant. The Fried Calamari are cooked well, but with no imagination. They are served with COLD marinara sauce. The chicken with rotelli pasta was awful and had to be sent back. Fish dishes are okay -- but nothing special. Comments from our party of five ranged from "good" to "awful" with no dish being outstanding (or even very good). No effort and no imagination. That's the only way I can characterize this restaurant.
