Description: New York 'swank' meets New Haven 'style' at this incredibly hip, 4,600 square foot pizzeria and bar. Taste the time-honored 'apizza' tradition of New Haven, Connecticut that local food critics and guests are calling 'the best damn apizza you'll ever taste!'. Voted "Favorite Local Pizza" by Palm Beach Post's PBPulse poll, Feb. 2013.

“Pizza Main Event”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

Pizza in my mind was ok. Quite a long wait although the waiter tried hard. The salad was very good. The pizza style is slightly burnt which can be good sometimes but I might have come on an off day?

“THE BEST APIZZA (A-Beets) in Florida, Hands Down!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

People fall into one of two categories... those who know New Haven's best (Pepe's, Sally's, etc.) and those who settle for something less (New York style, Chicago deep-dish, and on and on...). And the apizza at Nick's comes pretty darn close to Wooster Street!

The clam pies are wonderful, and I'm happy to report the sausage is crumbled (not sliced) and is real Italian with fennel seeds. The crust is thin and slightly charred, and the dough has that unmistakable "New Haven" taste.

Today was my first visit to Nicks, and I will return over and over and over and over... the pies are THAT GREAT!

“Great Pizza AND a Great Deal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 24, 2012

Nick's has a great atmosphere and delicious pizza. Portions are large and you can take your family here without being shocked when you get the bill. Atmostphere is also warm and welcoming. Bartenders make drinks just the way you like them. Numerous choices on the menu and if you don't see the type of pizza you want (although they have almost anything you can imagine on the menu), they can probably make it for you. Lots of other choices such as sandwiches, paninis, wraps, grinders, salads and more. Great to go after work for an appetizer and cocktail or bring the whole family for some of the best pizza around. Have never had anything that wasn't scrumptious.

“Consistently good meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2012 via mobile

I go to Nicks at least once or twice a month, and have yet to have anything bad. Love the risotto balls and broccoli rate and sausage appetizer. For pizza, my wife loves he margherita and I love the clam and bacon. Portions are huge, and food is always great. Highly recommend
