“Fabulosity!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2009

The Beach Club at Boca Raton Resort was an amazing experience! First of all the service was over the top. They couldn't do enough for you and made sure your every wish was granted. The grounds are serial. It's sooo beautiful to look at and to walk through. The decor is contemporary, light and airy...exactly the way you picture a tropical paradise to look as oppose to dark woods that give a stuffy and stoic feel. The rooms are the best part of the whole stay. You don't want to ever want to leave it!!! They're absolutely gorgeous! The beds are the most comfortable plush beds I've ever slept in. From the showers to the lanai over looking the pool/ocean! It was breath taking! I can't wait to go back!!

We had a great weekend away at this resort. Our room was exceptional, comfortable and had a great view of the Ocean. We were right on the beach. The pool area was great. We were mere steps from the beach, something for everyone. A seperate adult pool was great for us as we left the kids with thier Aunt for the weekend. The staff was the best. As we arrived at the resort on friday late afternnon we drove in with a flat tire. The valet was so helpful. He changed the tire to the spare for us and in the morning when we went to the car to take it to the nearest service station to get a new tire the map quest directions were right there on the dash waiting for us. I would highly recommend this resort to all, singles and families a like. There was certainly something for everyone

I was very pleased with my stay at the newly renovated Beach Club. The lobby is beautiful with a very dramatic view of the Ocean as you enter. We stayed in a sky club, ocean front room, on the fifth floor which had a huge balcony. Well worth the price ! The bed was super comfortable. The A/C worked great and the bathroom was large and luxurious. It has a huge shower with seperate deep tub and double sinks. We spent the entire time at the beach and pool because we were there for some R&R. We did try the new Seagrill Restaurant and had an amazing dinner. Excellent food and service.
I also utilized the fitness center which was one of the best I have seen !

After my trip to Boca I visited Grand Cayman and I kept thinking why leave the States when the Boca Beach Club offers all this and more with no travel hassels !

My wife and I have stayed at the Boca Resort at the Bungalows, the Tower, the Yacht Club, and, most recently, the newly remodeled Beach Club. All are different but all share a common value - excellence in vacation experiences.

First, expect to pay handsomely for your stay - This is not the Hampton Inn. The facilities, the services, the amenities, and the location that you will enjoy cannot be had cheaply. If a $14 hamburger offends you, you are in the wrong place. The Holiday Inn Express is just down Boca's Federal Highway and Mickey Dee welcomes your visit.

Second, you get what you pay for. - For the fortune you pay to vacation here you are entitled to expect much, and you will not be disappointed. The facilities are unique, are designed for your pleasure, are spotlessly maintained, and are available without effort. The services are provided by trained, dedicated, experienced professionals who anticipate and accommodate your every wish. The amenities are designed for your comfort and pleasure by hospitality experts with a long history of satisfying the most demanding traveler. The location speaks for itself - there is only one Boca. While the Beach Club is a bit more relaxed than the Main Resort, it still serves the traveler who appreciated understated elegance.

Third, WE WILL BE BACK.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I booked this hotel with American Express Platinum and have already called them to complain about it. The wireless and internet access where down for most of the stay (they still charge you the resort fee for it) There is a block on AT&T access so you can't even use your cell phone in the room. The worst part of the trip was on the 2nd day when a bag of dirty clothes in our room was thrown out ( or taken) We filed a report with security and made repeated calls to management. We never received a final copy of the security report and managment (several managers) did not return any of our calls. i understand mistakes happen but they should at least take the time to speak with you. The valet situation is also horrible(they are all very nice) but it can take 20 minutes to get your car. I would never stay at this hotel again and I have told everyone to stay away!

This hotel looks good on the outside but for the prices they charge - they need to improve their communication and service.

I am all about luxury and spending a few extra bucks when away on a special vacation. This was our last hoorah before our baby comes along in a few weeks, so we had nothing but pampering and relaxation on our minds.
When we checked into our "standard room", we were both disappointed with the view. Lobby level with only the parking lot to admire. We were immediately given an upgrade to a "partial ocean view" for an additional $30 a day. This new room was in the same exact location as the first one but 7 floors up. So now we had the parking lot, and if you stick your head out the window, a glimpse of the beach.
Add to the $30, a $20 daily resort fee, and the $27 daily valet fee and you have an additional $77 a day for nothing.
A cup of coffee - $4.25
A hamburger - $14
4 Shrimp - $20
Virgin Frozen Lemonade - $7
Captain and Coke - $14
A small container of cut mixed berries - $10
Add to that a mandatory 18-20% included gratuity.
I felt completely ripped off and taken advantage of.
Was it beautiful? Yes. Was the staff great? For the most part. Was it too crowded? Yup. Would I ever stay here again? No chance.
They squeezed us for every breath we took, and because of that, the experience was lessened.
