Large rooms, very clean. Excellent, courteous & professional staff & service, great security 24/7! A Morimotos and Serendipity onsite! A trolley 16 hrs a day to shuttle you around. I don't think there is anymore a person could ask for!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Boca Beach Club for a babymoon in December 2012. The hotel was beautiful, with immaculate grounds and trendy decor. As a Hilton Diamond member, we were upgraded to an oceanview room on the 5th floor with fantastic views, ample privacy, and a huge bathroom. We inquired about a room with a balcony and were offered one on the second day of our stay, but we ended up staying in our original room because the balcony rooms are only on the lower floors where it is relatively easy to see into the rooms from the pool.

We spent most of our time lounging by one of the three pools at the Beach Club. One is 'adults only' another is clearly a kid's pool, and the third is open to everyone -- this was a great setup and allowed the resort to maintain a 'family-friendly' atmosphere while still providing a quieter option for those who prefer it. Poolside food and drinks were expensive, but of high quality. The $20 charge for beach chairs was disappointing.

All-in-all, a very nice stay. I would recommend it.

The new renovation of the Boca Beach Club is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful - Ritz/Four Seasons quality but modern. Personal service and gracious, but not stuffy. The pool and beach are nice and you have the benefit of being able to use the resources of the Boca Raton Resort, but be in a small luxury hotel. A really nice selection of restaurants that were all good, but not overly expensive. Service is top notch - very personal and gracious. We enjoyed our vacation here over Christmas. High regards for this hotel.
Special thanks to staff members Dewayne, Sarah, Alan, Lisa and Tony seemed happy to see us and took great care of us during our stay. They were professional, gracious and courteous.

The Boca Beach Club is a beautiful facility. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is great. The breakfast spread is extraordinary. This is not a bargain hotel by any means, but if you have the means this is the place for you.
The beach scene is well managed, quiet and clean with staff to set up chairs, umbrellas and towels. Be aware that umbrellas are $20 per day.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the fifth floor or higher for a great view of the ocean and pools.

Modern and trendy resort. Staff is extremely friendly, especially the bellmen. Breakfast was great, the waiter remembers what I ordered the first morning and brings it to me every morning after. Breakfast area faces the beautiful ocean. Also great ocean view from the room - I believe every room gets an ocean view. Large clean beach with water activities.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

This is the 3rd time i've stayed at the hotel in a year. My family enjoys the beach and the cleanliness of the hotel. Food is good but pricey. Service appears to be declining of late as the staff is not very knowledgeable about the property or for that matter overly helpful. I stay at many Waldorf Astoria properties and i'd have to say that the service here is sub par at best. Shame because it could be a remarkable destination that families would want to return to year over year. We arrived at 5pm on a slow thursday. No one greeted us at the car so we carried our bags to the lobby and waited for a valet. After 15 minutes of checking in with no one in the lobby they tried to take our bags to our room ... i declined. If you are a hilton diamond member don't expect anything special. I requested an upgrade each day and was told that they would "look out for me" when a room became available. They didn't bother even calling over the next 6 days to let me know if an upgrade was possible. I knew they had a lot of rooms available mid way through our trip as i called to book an additional room but they seemed to be trained to say "no" to any additional requests as a diamond member. The golf is great but expensive and crowded. For 1/4th the price you can drive out to the public course in boca and have a better managed golf trip. Tennis is nice as well. Enjoy the sushi at Morimoto and ice cream at Serendipity. I highly recommend going to Tucci's coal fire pizza about a mile from the property for a good/fun family meal. Unfortunately i believe we have seen our last trip to Boca Beach Club as we will head to the west coast (Waldorf in Naples, Florida) in the spring. Shame really.

The service was just fantastic. From with the gentleman who helped with our bags providing us with a thorough explanation of the facilities... to the waiter at the breakfast buffet named Alex who remembered us and had a fantastic personality.... to the beach attendants always getting us the perfect spot on the beach... it was a lovely experience and I really felt like a guest. So sad to leave. Can't wait to return. Though I've stayed at the hotel before (12/11), I prefer the Beach Club.

Room Tip: Ocean view all the way! You can open your floor to ceiling windows all the way and can feel like a c...
