“Needs alot of work!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

I recently traveled to Boca Raton for work and booked several nights in this hotel for its central Boca location. Unfortunately, after one night I had to move out! To begin, there are no elevators to the top two floors, so you're stuck hauling luggage up four flights of stairs. Second the rooms have an exterior door, so just like in a small motel your window looks out to the parking lot. VERY old furnishings, torn carpet and horrible lighting. So so service as well. Look elsewhere and spend a few dollars more for something else!

My recent stay was very disappointing. The hotel was very seedy, dirty & in need of repair. The carpets were old & dirty.2.Plaster was peeling from most walls.Tile in the shower was filthy & cracked.Air-condition ducks loaded with mold.Old TV's that needed replacement.Breakfast was less than appetizing(bagles frozen.Hard boiled eggs that were out of their shell and floating in warm water.Did not see any cockroaches. Pictures upon request.

I stayed in Guest Suites for several months while working in Boca Raton. It's a comfortable place with a friendly, competent staff. Hard to beat for the money. Hot tub is terrific, though it doesn't work 100% of the time. Rooms with north-facing windows are quiet; train noise in south-facing rooms may bother light sleepers (me, for example). Highly recommended.

listen this is not like any hotel youve ever been to first the beds are soft not like at other hotels holiday inn and marriot where i cant sleep a wink because the beds are so hard. The food eh it could be better but thats not the point is it at least is swaillble if you know what i mean. The pool it self is great heated and the hot tub is not burning hot. But warn enough to be comfiterable. Also if your into golf they have a small pitch and put corse. And if you want to travel the train is right across the street. Great staff all you have to do is go to the front desk and they will help you with anything you need very noligible.

The best part though about this hotel is the rooms themselves very big and clean and the best part is the kids get there own room

Wraped up good sleep good food not the best food but ok great location for the carless

Room Tip: ask for a room not buy the gate very loud gate

3- the breakfast its made before 2 days or sometimes, that something wrong with it.( you have to see the doctor after it.)
4-pool, no commons, flys, Cockroaches,

I am staying in Boca Raton on a 3 night stay and instead of continuing my work I am frantically trying to find another hotel, I knew I was in trouble when I came into lobby and the ceiling tile was water damaged and the lobby TV was very old, I gave the front desk my reservation sheet and was told they had no record of it, after about 10 minutes the person came back and said it was filed incorrectly another staff member, I was tired and just wanted to get to my room and sleep. When I got to my room the number was written on the stucco by magic marker!! I went into room and tried turning on light switch, broken!! no lights, I stumbled around to find a lamp that worked, to my astonishment instead of seeing a nice King Suite I saw a sparsely furnished room with old scratched and chipping furniture, I looked for the fridge and found an old smaller than a Microwave fridge. Exhausted I went to bedroom to find another old TV with horrible picture and more antiquated furniture that looked like it fell off a cliff. I then looked at bathroom and found a mold laden walls with rotted walls. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel, I won't even get into how bad there breakfast was. I want my money back and I am looking for another hotel

Room Tip: Skip this place, as they have skipped hospitality 101 for being very CHEAP on up keep

Ok, so I came here with my young son to visit a friend in the area, and we didn't plan to do anything much but sleep here. The pool area was lovely. The room was a nice setup and had great amenities of a fridge and microwave and living area, but it looked "tired" and old, in need of some basic maintenance/update. Beds and bathroom were clean. The front desk help was great at check in, but when we checked out to catch an early flight, we had to wait over 20 minutes. When he returned he apologized and said he was the only one there and had to set up breakfast. The sign should have indicated that and where to find him, instead of "be right back". Overall a pleasant stay, but the hotel definitely looked like it had seen better days and was light on staff.
