We booked this hotel through Expedia for two nights in February 2013. We landed in Ft Lauderdale at midnight and wrote two emails to the company who replied that we would be in late and gave them our flight times. When we arrived at the hotel they did not have a room for us and sold it even though it was fully paid for and non refundable. They contacted Expedia to do a rebooking at 1AM in the morning and we did not get to a new hotel until 3am exhausted and really mad !!! The hotel agent seemed smug, smiled, and told us they Knew the hotel was overbooked and that the managers should have arranged something earlier but is not their policy. Seems this is normal at this place. Do not book this hotel.
