We are long time customers of this hotel (most recently this winter) and our stays here have been consistently enjoyable. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, responsive and professional, the location is excellent and the price is reasonable.

We actually stayed two nights, one before our cruise and another after. King bed on the first night came with a bonus--two bathrooms! Second stay we had two double beds with one bath, but the room also included a stove. Both rooms were very neat and clean.

Hotel is located within a block of many places to eat and a grocery store.

Front desk staff during both check-ins and check-outs were extremely friendly and helpful.

Do not stay at this hotel. While the rooms are clean and the view is awesome it does not feel safe. You can see the marks in the doors where people have previously jimmied them open. It is too expensive for what it offers and is quite a ways north from the main part of town. Breakfast offering is decent and the view of the ocean from the room is great. It is close to the water it these are the only good things can say about it.

The whole place needs to be demolished and rebuilt.
Front desk was not pleasant upon check in but were nicer on other interactions.

This was a last minute find in high season and the hotel was good for a handicap accessible hotel the bathroom was big and had a roll in shower it did need a bigger shower chair and a hand held shower head but we took care of that ourselves. The staff especially Gloria was very helpful and friendly I would stay there again.
