Great rooms, spectacular views, an adequate gym and nice spa (to judge by the look and scent of it). Food in the restaurant was good but service was just mediocre - they must have had an off night, as the standards at this place are high.

ONE Bal Harbour over exceeded my expectations. My company held a conference at ONE Bal Harbour and the sales and banquette staff did everything in their power to make it a perfect experience - and it was. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and offered a stunning view of the beach. The concierge/bell men took great care of us and were so very friendly. The resort offers a house car to take you to the Bal Harbour shops at no charge, which was an awesome option for our group. The food at Mr. Collins (the restaurant inside the property) was SO good. An all around wonderful resort. It is probably one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

If you want the tshirt shops and scene of South Beach, stay there. If you want an elegant hotel with excellent service stay at One Bal Harbour. Everyone from Felipe (the Front Office Mgr) to the bell men knock themselves out to make you happy. We had a one bedroom suite on the 17th floor with beautiful views. The Shops at Bal Harbour are right down the street. A pleasure to stay here. We booked through whatahotel.com and got perks like breakfast and a resort credit.

Incredible place to stay. Service is superb. Stayed for 3 nights in May 2012. Beds are super comfy and taking a shower while overlooking Haullover Beach and intercoastal felt insane! Day spa is first class. Massages and facials were exquisite. Babor beauty products purchased from the spa are light and feel amazing. Unfortunately did not make it to the pool or beach area. Bal Harbor shops are across the road. Great restaurants too. 20 min drive to down to South Beach on Collins or 15 mins north to Aventura Mall. Would LOVE to stay here again
