Service can really be the lynch pin, and in this case, it is. They're fast, organized and actually smile when delivering a very decent breakfast, lunch, snack, capuccino. The perfect break to a heavy duty shopping spree at Bal Harbour.

This place is located in the upscale area of Bal Harbour. Though most places to eat are good in this area, this is not one of them.

The food itself is only average and the service is poor at best. Our server (Awilda) was not able to concentrate on what people needed while eating. We asked for condiments for our meal multiple times, but she never brought them. We finally received them from a food runner.

She gave us the impression that she did not want to help us enjoy our meal. The food is not overpriced, in my opinion, just not very appealing.

Pass up this place and try the many other fine eating establishments that are present in the shops at Bal Habour.

Bal Harbour location, Bal Harbour prices don't justify the mediocre food and service of this coffee shop. Skip it.

Recently had breakfast at this restaurant with a friend. We both ordered a coffee latte and agreed that it was divine. The huevos rancheros was also appetizing and better than what I have had in most of the other local restaurants. The only real drawback to this location for me is that it is inside of a mall which makes it a little difficult to access. Otherwise an overall enjoyable experience and I plan to return soon as I have been dreaming of that coffee latte. Hopefully it will be just as good the next time.
