We were in the area for a memorial service. The hotel was recommended to us. It was a good value. It was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. There were restaurants nearby which mad eit very convenient. We would stay again if we are ever in the area.

“Better than expected”

After reading some of the reviews, this was better than expected. The room was extremely clean, sheets clean, pillows clean and fluffy, bed very comfy. Bathroom, and dressing area are a little out of date, but clean. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. We had a safe, microwave and refrigerator. New carpet. Breakfast was the usual fare, of bagels, muffins, cold cereal, and as a bonus, waffles and scrambled eggs and fried potatoes. Don't know where you can get breakfast and a room for the low price. Located near shopping malls and restaurants galore. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.
Really affordable.

Room Tip: We were on first floor facing Bank of America. Did not hear any noises from above, or outside noise...

Thank you for your review. i would just like to inform you we will shortly have micro refrigerators in all of our rooms. While you were with us if you had requested one we could have upgraded you to another room I am sorry you were not offered that as an option. Our breakfast bar has many items including hot and cold, we try to put everything out daily so all our guest have access to the ample supply. Me and my staff thank you for your comments and look forward to serving you in the future.

I apologize for both of the front desk representatives you dealt with. It is standard policy that every guest be acknowledge when they arrive at the front desk area and to thank them for staying with us, and also to be on a personal phone call is unacceptable. I will address that issue with the entire front desk staff immediately. I am glad you enjoyed most of your stay with us. I hope you will give us another oppurtunity to serve you in the future.
