“beautifull in summer and winter”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2013

A small statepark, nice for a couple of hours walking. Easy footpaths, also for less experienced hikers. Walked in a snow covered landscape, but still easy to hike.

“Perfect every time.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2013

Excellent for a day hike in the woods, graded trails for jogging, several bike trails from novice to expert, pets welcome on a leash... (but visit on a week day and no one bothers the pups while they are running free through the woods :) My Shepard and I visit almost on a weekly basis...and always come home happy and exhausted. 3$ parking fee for in state if you choose to use one of their lots. Restrooms are available in 3 different areas. Have fun!

“Top spot for running/hiking.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012

We try to hike here as much as time allows. There are several different trails, some of which run parallel with the river, which is very nice.

“Take a hike!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

A beautiful park to get lost in for a couple hours. Time it just right and you will have a dozen or so eagles flying above you as during certain times of the year they come in flocks.

“Really nice park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2012

Have played Frisbee Golf, hiked and took an orienteering class at this large, hilly park. It is a great place to spend an afternoon. The frisbee golf course is fun and challenging.
