++This B&B has a great location - half a block from the beach/boardwalk and about 2 blocks from the downtown area, convenient to many shops and restaurants. It also has a nice wrap-around front porch where one can sit and enjoy the view of the ocean. Host Dale is personable, pleasant, helpful.
After that, the things to praise are harder to find...
-- The breakfast is overwhelmingly minimal, you get better selection and quality at the lowest-grade Comfort Inn
-- Building is currently for sale and not owner-operated. Some deferred maintenance is apparent
-- Web site noted internet access in parlor = phone jack for dialup :-(
Despite the drawbacks, the place was full on a late Sept somewhat off-season weekend. Rehoboth is a popular destination.
On another visit to Rehoboth, I'd look for better value (if I could find it), probably wouldn't be a repeat visitor.
