“Excellent amenities and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time! Close to the boardwalk, clean, and friendly hotel staff. We didn't use any of the amenities except for the beach chairs but seeing what they offered (i.e. happy hour, fresh baked cookies, and a full breakfast), I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Beach View for a long weekend in July. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was WAY more than "continental" and included eggs, french toast and a variety of other things. And, you really can't beat the location. About a 1 minute walk to Funland, the Boardwalk and food. Was it fancy? No. Was it new? Not particularly. Would we go back? Absolutely!

The people at the front desk are the best. They are helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and clean. There is a wonderful breakfast in the morning, wine and snacks in the afternoon and fresh hot cookies in the evening. I have been here six years in a row and each time I loved it.

Room Tip: I like the top floor with a balcony. You can see the ocean. The only problem is the backup beeps of...

It was so awesome to be so close to the beach. Great value considering it was the week after the 4th and taking into consideration the really nice hot breakfast you get, evening wine and snacks and late night cookies that our entire family enjoys. Really appreciated the fact that we could still enjoy the beach even on the day we checked out because we were able to stay parked until 2pm and use the outdoor showers and changing room. That was really nice! Room could have had a little more attention paid to it when cleaned (found some loose change and a toy under sofa bed) and shower curtain rod was broken, but all the other benefits made this bearable. Enjoyed our stay!

This was my 2nd overnight stay in Rehoboth after about 5 yrs and I chose this Hotel again for its great value, location, amenities, & friendly people. I stayed in a 3rd flr balcony room (#303) which had a great east side view. Rooms in the middle section of the building have no trees to obstruct the view. The Continental breakfast is not just plain jane bagels & pastries. You get hot mini quiches & mini french toasts, along with all the traditional stuff, very filling. Plus the nightly wine hour for adults and home baked cookies add a nice homey and welcoming environment. On site parking that is monitored for the occasional violators help assure you have a spot when you get back after an outing. Chairs provided for the beach, a pool, outside showers to wash off the sand, etc. Plus the parking lot backs up to the boardwalk Funland Amusement Ctr. and is across the street from Gus' Fries. What more could you ask for. Try it out, you'll be hooked too !

Room Tip: Rooms in the center floors of the building i.e. #x01, x02, x03 (x = floor) areas have no trees in fr...

A great "beach getaway" place to stay. We've been here multiple times and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, room service is swift and efficient, parking is provided (a big deal in Rehoboth). Two minor gripes though: 1) due to people filling coolers and damaging the machine they now charge for ice. At the in season price points, this is an insult. It's a principle thing, not a haggle over change. Secondly, the light on our terrace was broken and remained that way through our stay. I'm sure it will be repaired, but it should have been same day as it was reported. That said, you still want to stay here if you come to Rehoboth. It's 50 yards to the beach and the main drag for shopping, eating, etc. is around the block. The location is amazing, and the important things are handled well.

Room Tip: Book rooms on the second or third floor, you do not want to be at pool level unless you like noise.

Excellent place to stay at Rehoboth beach. Very close to the boardwalk and great places to eat. The beach view is very clean and has such friendly staff!! I love the continental breakfast they provide every morning. The complimentary evening wine is a hit with my husband and my children love the evening chocolate chip cookies! I did not want to go home after my July 4th vacation. I can't wait to go back!!!
