Mark and Joe run this delightful guest house overlooking picturesque Silver Lake at the edge of Rehoboth. It is on a quiet stretch of road, about 10-15 minute walk from the center of town and a 5 minute walk from the beach. They have a wide range of rooms, many with balconies and two separate suites behind the house where they allow pets. They do not provide bikes but have a rack if you bring your own or rent at a nearby shop.

They have a nice sun deck on the second floor with a generally good breeze. The place is well kept and groomed - a very pleasant place to stay. They provide a wonderful light breakfast as well as helpful, current advice on local restaurants, both old and new. Like an excellent waiter, they are never obtrusive yet always there with advice and helpful service if you need it.

My wife and I always stay here when we head to the eastern shore, most recently June of 2012. I'm not sure what some of the other reviewers complaints were about as we encountered neither cigarette smoke or noise during our stay.

We've stayed at this beautiful inn several times. It's located on a waterfowl refuge and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is more boutique hotel than B&B in that there is oodles of privacy and modern decor/conveniences. The hosts are very friendly, accessible and knowledgeable about the area. Sitting in the sun room, sipping coffee & reading the paper is a great way to start the day. Over the course of the morning, guests stream in to fill up on seasonal fruit, muffins and endless coffee and tea.
While the rooms are large and comfortable, there's plenty of other spaces to use as well. Above the sun room is a lovely deck outfitted with seating for twelve. Silver Lake is an ideal spot for adults who enjoyed a laid-back experience with a splash of pampering.

I stayed there with my sister, mother and two dogs, the accommodations were spot on, the service was impeccable and i could not stay anywhere else if I am in the area
