We were looking for a place to stay in Rehoboth. I googled Rehoboth and randomly looked at various accomodations. I found my way to the Delaware Inn's website, and was really attracted to the beauty of the rooms, and how reasonable the rates were. I figured if the rooms were as beautiful in person as they were on the website, I'd be very happy. They were, and I am. I will definitely stay at the Delaware Inn again and recommend it to my friends who travel to Rehoboth.

The Delaware Inn is a great place to stay in Rehoboth Beach. I'm not a huge fan of B&B's, but this place made the stay very welcoming and fun. The rooms are clean, nice, and unique. The location is fantastic, just a few short blocks from the beach and the downtown area. The breakfasts each day were terrific. The staff was very accommodating. A wonderful stay. Off-season is a particularly nice time to visit.

I booked this B&B on the recommendation of a friend who stayed there just the week before and although she said it was a nice place, I was even more pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms are all newly renovated and the decor is beautiful. Each room has it's own personality and we stayed in Room #5 and it was great.
The location is very centrally located and close to many shops and restaurants. The beach is less than a 10 min. walk.
I've been to a few B&B and sometimes the "breakfast" consists of a bagel and juice. The first morning we were there, we had blueberry pancakes and bacon, yogurt parfait and fresh fruit. The second morning we had eggs and bacon, belgian waffles and fresh fruit. At night when we came back to the hotel, we were greeted with freshly baked cookies and coffee/tea. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel like a guest in their home.
You can't get better accomodations for the price you pay here. I give it 5 stars all the way.

A lovely place, met some very nice people, comfy beds, good food & good location. Wish I could have met the Innkeeper, but her daughter was very nice!
