Even though we were 20 minutes early for our 9 PM reservation, we did not get seated until approx. 9:30 PM because they "lost" our reservation. We were then seated on the second floor of the restaurant. NEVER get seated on the second floor. When the restaurant is packed, the echo from the conversations is so loud you cannot hear any of the conversation at your own table. It is like eating at a government cafeteria during chow time. It did not help that the booth behind us had four inebriated patrons yelling and screaming. The food was okay, but not good enough for us to ever, ever find the need to return. Atmosphere is a double F. Which is really sad, since I wanted a special dinner for my spouse's birthday.
