As always, the staff is friendly and helpful, the accommodations are clean and comfy, and the pool and hot tub are clean, warm, and the perfect way to end the day. Stay here if you don't want any unpleasant surprises. It's a great location, quiet, and friendly.

My Mom and I look forward to staying at the Avenue Inn each year for our Thanksgiving vacation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, too. And we just love the amenities! We have made friends over the years and our stay is just like being with extended family. We are excited about the upcoming renovations and can't wait to see them next year!

Awesome hotel, clean, friendly staff, great location. Only drawback is at certain times there is no use of the elevator from the lobby. I had major knee surgery just a few weeks prior and I was not able to comfortably use the steps. This, however, will not deter us from staying there again.

The hotel had the perfect location and all the extras - happy hour, warm cookies in the evening and a good breakfast with a nice assortment of food. We had a two room suite which was perfect for a teenager. It was an excellent value as well. It wasn't high end but it was much more than we paid for it.
